Experience

I’ve been a counsellor at a centre servicing the community and high school students, and at a major university.

I’ve worked in an integrated health centre and have experience collaborating with physicians and other wellness professionals.

I’ve developed, ran, and co-ran groups about communicationprocrastinationanxietycoping, and mindfulness.

I’ve been a member of the Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies since 2009. 

Years ago I started out by volunteering at a crisis line, and trained new volunteers.
